He\/she will develop and maintain the <em>Company<\/em>\u00a0 ICT tools to boost efficiency and enable competitiveness. This is done with strong collaboration and in synergy with\u00a0 C<span class=\"st\">orporate <\/span>Group ICT Team<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop\/implement ICT strategies that support the implementation of the Company strategies and in alignment with C<span class=\"st\">orporate <\/span>Group IT strategy. This includes\n<ul>\n<li>Collecting and analysing user requirements to determine methods, tools costs and time-lines of IT development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the implementation of projects for application deployment, ensuring the compliance with the allocated budget by monitoring the changes in costs and making the necessary corrective measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Manage the ICT Infrastructure including the physical network (e.g., WAN\/LAN, servers, terminals) as well as server applications and software to follow C<span class=\"st\">orporate <\/span>Group standards, policies. Ensure\u00a0 the relative upgrade, according to business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Implement standards and streamline processes<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee\n<ul>\n<li>availability of resources for maintenance, diagnosis and solution of systems<\/li>\n<li>high resilience of the infrastructural environment<\/li>\n<li>stable software functionality<\/li>\n<li>high level of skills among the user to use the software in the correct way<\/li>\n<li>cost efficiency and economy of scale when using the IT Tools<\/li>\n<li>technical support to the users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the ICT organization configure, install, maintain, upgrade and back up applications and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of C<span class=\"st\">orporate <\/span>ICT initiatives at Company<\/li>\n<li>Provides guidance when recruiting ITCT professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and lead the ITC team to ensure professional development to meet objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and optimise the budget assigned for ICT\u00a0 to ensure that relevant and cost effective tools are implement to support he business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business processes<\/li>\n<li>Documental experience in successful Project Management<\/li>\n<li>General Information Technology (ERP, CRM and Infrastructural items)<\/li>\n<li>English, spoken and written<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Team building<\/li>\n<li>Leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education and experience:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Master of Science in IT and at least five years of experience from a leadership function focusing on IT development and maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har du r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och kan vara intresserad av en sp\u00e4nnande utmaning och en m\u00f6jlighet till grym personlig utveckling i en internationell milj\u00f6?
