Short description of the job
\nWe are looking for a skilled, business minded project manager within IT to join our central ICT (Information & Communication Technology) team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
\nYou will assess business needs, based on them you will propose relevant IT solutions. As project manager you plan and manage the execution of IT related projects that are business critical to the company.<\/p>\n
Main activities and responsibilities
\nBased on analyzing needs you will advise the business how to digitize business process and you will recommend changed behaviors. Your target will be to continually improve the business processes.
\nYou will coordinate and plan project tasks, manage time lines and resources, and communicate status to stakeholders such as leaders and other people impacted by the projects. The task is to deliver on time, within budget and with a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
\nThe job involves testing and validation of IT solutions and systems, defining best working practices and being a contributing member of steering groups for related business systems.
\nTo ensure the use of systems installed, you will coordinate trainings together with HR for our operating units. With your change management skills you will make a big difference!
\nYou will work in a global organization with frequent cooperation with colleagues within FlexLink and companies within the Coesia Group.

Key competences and skills
\nAs the ideal candidate, you have excellent analyzing, planning and communication know-how. You are skilled in project management and have a good understanding of change management and business processes.
