You will be a part of the PMO team on group level and your base will be in one of our 4 locations. Gothenburg (prefered), F\u00fbrth, Mannheim or Vantaa Finland.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis and control of the PHOENIX group project portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Review of project documentation compliance to the company-defined project management methodology \u201cPROFIT&#8221; (based on PMI standards)<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the budget and resource management process<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of the monthly project portfolio meeting including decision proposals<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate and support Demand, Supply and Finance divisions in the analysis of the IT project portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Perform changes in the project management tool (MS Project Server) according to the resource management process<\/li>\n<li>Create dedicated project and portfolio management reporting and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Benchmarking of project portfolio management best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least two years of professional experience in the field of project portfolio management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in creating reports on all organization levels<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management and knowledge of PMI standard<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Project and MS SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Great analysis skills, pro-active work approach<\/li>\n<li>High motivation and assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a virtual team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f6r mer information maila peter(a)tillvaxtcompagniet eller via telefon 0707-648474.
